Robert H Ingersoll and his brother Charles founded the Ingersoll Watch Company in New York Cit, one of the oldest American watchmakers and were pioneers of industry and invention in the field of watch making. They devised and followed an ambitious plan: to offer Ingersoll watches to the general public at an affordable price, whilst maintaining real quality and and credibility. Intricately designed, the Discovery Carroll I11601 watch has a bevelled, brushed and pollised two tone stainless steel gold plated case and exposed construction screws. The black cut out skeleton dial exposes the mechanical details of the automatic movement, creating a perfect blend of luxury and indistrial design. Finished off by a horween black leather strap, this classic watch will be a welcomed addition to any collection.
